• Create your design on the computer.
• Mirror your design before cutting.
• Cut the shape by plotter or laser cutting.
• Cut with the shiny side facing down and the duller side facing up. Note that cutter settings may vary based on blade condition and the age of the machine.
• Weed the unnecessary parts from the design using a hook or other tools.
• Pre-heat your heat press machine, then place the design on the target area of the clothing.
• Apply the design to your T-shirt with a heat press for 10-15 seconds. Set your heat press to 150°C – 160°C (302°F – 320°F).
• Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
• Peel the PET film off after cooling down (cool peel). If the design area lifts after pressing on the T-shirt, please repress with the proper temperature again.
