• Create your design on the computer.
• Mirror your design before cutting.
• Cut the shape by plotter or laser cutting.
• Cut with the gloss side facing down and the duller side facing up. Note that cutter settings may vary based on blade condition and the age of the machine.
• Weed the unnecessary parts from the design by hook or other tools.
• Pre-heat your heat pressing machine, and then place the design on the target area of clothing.
• Apply the design to your T-shirt with a heat press for 8-10 seconds. Set your heat press to 140°C-150°C.
• Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
• Peel the PET film off after cooling down (cool peel). If the design area lifts after pressing on the T-shirt, please repress with a proper temperature again.
• Make your design on the computer connected with a cutting machine and do not mirror the image. Cut out the design on the adhesive vinyl.
• Remove the excess vinyl from your design with weeding tools.
• Place the transfer tape over the design, use a scraper to squeegee, then peel off the tape perfectly.
• Place the design on your project surface, squeegee, and peel off the tape.
